Our laboratory conducts analyses to determine strength, volatile and total acidity, free and total SO2, net and total extract, pH, residual sugar, citric acid, colour intensity, heavy metals (iron, lead, copper, potassium, calcium), acids, polyphenols and toxins (Ochratoxin).
