RED WINES
Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Lambrusco are the three grape varieties we use to produce our red wines.
Generally speaking, wines produced from Sangiovese grapes do not have an extremely high content of alcohol, and are recommended for daily and brisk consumption, though they are a neutral base suitable for blending other wines.
Rd wines obtained from the vinification of Montepulciano grapes are more structured and have higher alcohol content.
Lambrusco instead is used to produce dark red wines, which can be used to enhance colour and strength of other lean wines.
